“Virtual trust, like virtual reality, is one step removed from the real thing” (Kousez & Posner, 236). In today’s society, a lot of things are done over the Internet, or through text messages. It is important not to lose sight of human interaction, because after all, we are human.
This explanation is a good start, but you need to go a little further. Remember that someone who has no prior knowledge of the Leadership Practices or your specific practice should be able to look at your posts and understand how the example you've provided illustrates a specific part of the practice. So, you need to explain two things regarding each post: 1) What specifically about this media item illustrates a concept from your practice, and 2) Describe a little bit about how and why that concept is a part of your practice (again, you can't assume that whoever is looking at this blog has read about your practice previously.)
