“Virtual trust, like virtual reality, is one step removed from the real thing” (Kousez & Posner, 236). In today’s society, a lot of things are done over the Internet, or through text messages. It is important not to lose sight of human interaction, because after all, we are human.
This video shows how much the team trusts their teammate Jimmy. Initially, the coach does not want to give him the ball, but Jimmy reassures them that he is capable of making the winning shot. He follows through with his promise and they win the game!
