Hi, All. Some general thoughts on your blog thus far:
You need a home page or "about this blog" page to help the audience know what this page is about and what you expect them to get out of reading through it. Play around with the settings and see if you can make it so there is a consistent landing page. If I happen to wander here unknowingly, I should be able to tell in an instant what your blog is about and be enticed to read further.
Be careful that you are not being too generic with your interpretation of the concepts. For example, just because someone asks another person for their opinion, doesn't mean they are really Enabling Others to Act in the intentional way that the authors discuss for leadership.
Also, I would encourage you all to see if you can find more variety in your media selections: for example, current events articles from magazines/papers, journal articles, book reviews for other books that might be applicable to your practice, etc. See my other comments throughout your blog - in many cases my comments apply to more than just that particular post.
